Environmental Test Of Custom Capacitive Touch Screens

1) Constant temperature and humidity test

Firstly ,the  touch screen should be allowed to stand at 60℃ with 90% RH for 240hrs un-load condition.  Moreover, it allowed to be normalized for 4hrs.

2) Cold and hot dynamic engine test

The touch screen should be allowed to stand at -30℃ to +80℃ for 30min/cycle with totally 50cycles . And also allowed to be normalized for 4hrs.

3) High temperature storage test

The touch screen should be allowed to stand at +80℃ for 240hrs un-load condition. Also allowed to be normalized for 4hrs.

4) Low temperature storage test

The touch screen should be allowed to stand at -30℃ for 240hrs un-load condition and allowed to be normalized for 4hrs

Visual Inspection Of Custom Capacitive Touch Screens

1) We must perform the visual inspection of the touch panel . In an environment with a clean room level of at least 10,000.

2) We need to controll the visual inspection environment .  And setting value of the touch panel at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C and a humidity between 25% and 75%.

3) The ambient illuminance for visual inspection of the appearance of the touch panel must be set under a fluorescent light source of 800~1000Lux.

4) The visual inspection of the touch panel must be based on naked human eyes. And the visual inspection distance from the touch panel to the human eye must be at least 35 cm.

5) The viewing angle should be 45±10 degree with an inspector’s raw eyes when visual inspection.

6)  Finally, the recommended visual inspection time is 25±5 seconds.
